Yes. Special production can be made according to the size, color and stone type you want. Just fill out our offer form before placing an order.
No. According to consumer laws and EU regulations, there is no right of withdrawal for products produced according to special dimensions and requests.
Shipping and Delivery
Weekly discounted items: 3–7 business days
All other items: Maximum 15 business days
We work with international logistics companies such as UPS, DHL, FedEx. All products are sent with insurance.
UK & Europe: 3–7 business days
Our products are shipped wrapped in shock absorbing foam, in special boxes or pallet packaging. All cargo is insured.
Payment and Billing
We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer and secure payment infrastructure.
Yes. All payments are protected with a 256-bit SSL security certificate and are received through secure payment providers.
Your invoice is issued in accordance with the tax system of the Republic of Türkiye and sent to your e-mail address.
Returns and Cancellations
You can cancel before production starts. Cancellations cannot be made once production starts on special orders.
If the product is purchased from ready stock and is not custom made, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Yes. In natural stones such as marble and travertine, differences in vein structure, color tone and texture are natural and are an indicator of quality.
Yes. Our products are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects. Shipping damages are covered by insurance.
No, we only supply products. Assembly is the responsibility of the user.
