These terms apply to all product orders placed by the BUYER, excluding those made under special requests and the Weekly Offers section, by ABK Decor LTD Company (“Company”). Travertine/Marble is a natural stone. The products are handmade. We showcase 413 different products on our website. We have the capacity to produce all the products we display. It is impossible for ABK Decor LTD to display all products in a single storage area.

1. Definition of Special Order:

Products manufactured with non-standard features such as size, color, design, or material type requested by the BUYER, and all products outside the “WEEKLY OFFERS” section are considered special orders.

2. Order Confirmation:

– Production begins after the BUYER’s written confirmation.

– Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled.

3. Production and Delivery Timeline:

– Production time varies depending on order volume and material availability.

– The estimated delivery date is confirmed at the start of production.

4. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal:

– In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, there is no right of withdrawal for products manufactured to individual specifications.

5. Return Conditions:

– Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects (e.g., cracks, breaks, incorrect measurements).

– The BUYER must report defects in writing within 7 business days of the delivery date.

6. Natural Stone Warning:

– Veining, color variations, and texture differences are natural in natural stones such as marble or travertine. These are not grounds for return.

7. Installation and Use:

– The Company is not responsible for any problems that may arise after the product has been installed or applied.

8. Jurisdiction:

– These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
