guarantee exceptional product quality. We also offer a comprehensive warranty policy for added peace of mind. Please note that this policy applies only top roducts purchased directly from ABK Decor LTD. We are not responsible for purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers.
1. Returns Due to Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customerservice team at info@abkdecor.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos or a video clearly showing the problem.
We will review the situation and offer a full refund or replacement, depending on yourpreference.
a. Missing Parts
If your product has missing or damaged parts:
• We can send replacement parts or
• We can issue a partial refund.
If the missing part affects the functionality of the product and cannot be repairedlocally, we can replace the product or provide a full refund.
b. Not Working or Defective
If the product is not working properly:
• Our team will provide troubleshooting support.
• If the problem cannot be resolved, you can request a refund or replacement.
• If you or a local technician can repair the product, we may offer partialcompensation.
c. Natural Stone Disclaimer:
Travertine/marble are natural materials; variations in tone/veining are normal and not considered defects.
2. Returns Due to Change of Mind
We offer a 14-day unconditional refund policy. This policy allows you to decide within14 days of delivery whether to keep the product or return it for a refund.
Conditions:
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its originalpackaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• If you request pickup, a pickup fee will be charged based on the value of theproduct.
• Additional fees may apply if the shipping company is unable to complete thepickup.
We cannot accept full refunds in the following cases:
• If the product has been used for more than 14 days.
• If the product is missing original parts or accessories.
• If the returned product does not match our product.

3. Return Process
1. To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@abkdecor.com.
2. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label andinstructions.
3. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refundstatus.
If approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method.
5. Credit Card
Depending on your card issuer, it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refund toappear.
6. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product and return theoriginal item separately.
7. Cancellations During Shipping
Orders cannot be canceled during the shipping process. If you insist on canceling, you will be responsible for any resulting costs.
8. Price Fluctuations
Prices on our website may vary depending on market factors. We do not issuerefunds for price changes after purchase.
