Return and Cancellation Policy
This Return and Cancellation Policy applies to all sales transactions carried out by ABK Lojistik İnşaat ve İnşaat Malzemeleri Gıda Medikal Itriyat İthalat ve İhracat Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Company”).
1. Right of Withdrawal (For Consumer Sales):
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without any reason or penalty. The withdrawal period starts from the day the product is delivered to the BUYER or a third party designated by the BUYER.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal:
– The right must be exercised via written notice or a permanent data medium (e.g., email).
– The product must be returned within 10 days of the notice, along with the invoice and original packaging.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
– Products made to the BUYER’s specifications (e.g., custom size, color, or design)
– Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
– Products assembled, used, or damaged
4. Refund Process:
Once the returned product is received and approved, the refund is made within 14 days through the original payment method.
5. Shipping and Return Costs:
– If the right of withdrawal is used, return shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.
– If the return is due to the fault of the SELLER, return costs are borne by the SELLER.
6. Order Cancellation:
– Orders can be cancelled before shipment and refunded in full.
– Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
7. Business-to-Business Transactions (B2B):
Withdrawal rights do not apply to corporate wholesale purchases. Contract terms prevail.
All provisions in this policy comply with applicable consumer protection legislation.
